This would be a fun craft for kids to make for anyone special that they think is “great” aka “grape”. Parents, Grandparents, Teachers and more would love to receive this cute little kids craft and display it proudly on their fridge. :)
I love easy crafts that involve very few supplies. Our “I think you are GRAPE!” FREE Printable can be used to make two unique craft ideas! Just print it out and check out the fun grape craft ideas you can do with your kids.
We came up with two craft ideas that are easy and fun. You can use your kids, or your own thumbprints to make a cute thumbprint grape craft. Another idea is to use pistachio shells painted purple and turn that into a pistachio shells grape craft. You could also just print out the free printable and your child could color in grapes themselves if they wanted to. Or glue and purple glitter…kids are bound to come up with something fun and creative!
Thumbprint Grapes Craft:
This fun grapes craft couldn’t be any easier. All you need is a few supplies and your child’s thumb or fingers to make these fun little grapes.
Thumbprint Grapes Supplies Needed:
- Our FREE Grape Craft Printable
- Green Marker for Grape Leaf
- Purple Washable Paint
- Your child’s thumb :)
Thumbprint Grapes Craft Insructions:
Print out our FREE Grape Craft Printable.
Color the grape leaf green.
Make thumbprints or fingerprints inside the grapes outline with the purple paint.
That’s it! Let your child enjoy their creative grapes craft or give it to someone they think is “grape”. :)
Pistachio Grapes Craft:
Did you know you can repurpose pistachio shells into fun crafts with your kids? Paint pistachio shells purple and they become grapes! My kids loved the 3-d look of this craft as the grapes look like they are popping out of the page.
Pistachio Grapes Supplies Needed:
- Pistachio Shells (after you’ve eaten the seeds)
- Glue
- Green Marker for Grape Leaf
- Our FREE Grape Craft Printable
Pistachio Grapes Craft Instructions:
Print out our FREE Grape Craft Printable.
Paint your pistachio shells purple and let dry.
Color in the grape leaf and stem.
Glue pistachio shells directly to your paper and let dry. *Tip: You can use regular printer paper like I did, or you can use a more sturdy paper because the pistachio shells do weigh the paper down a bit.
That’s it! Your kids can then gift their craft to a friend or a family member who they think are “grape”. :) It’s a cute idea for any occasion!
